When do you ship orders?
- Orders are shipped within 1–2 days after successful payment. Once shipped, your mail is handed over to the post office for processing and international dispatch.
What shipping method do you use?
- All international orders are currently shipped via ordinary stamped mail (untracked) through the Philippine Post Office.
How long does it take to receive my order?
- Once orders are shipped, delivery via ordinary stamped international mail typically takes 2–8 weeks, depending on your country’s postal system and local delivery conditions.
- Please note that this shipping method is untracked, so exact delivery dates cannot be guaranteed. Delays may also occasionally occur, especially during peak seasons or holidays.
Does shipping include tracking?
- For now, it does not. All orders are shipped via ordinary stamped mail, which does not include a tracking number. Once your parcel has been mailed, tracking updates are unavailable through the postal system.
- This shipping method is currently used due to the temporary suspension of registered/tracked mail services by the Philippine Post Office.
- Once registered mail becomes available again, the tracked shipping option will be reinstated, and we’ll announce the update right away.
My mail hasn’t arrived yet. What should I do?
- Please allow 2–8 weeks for delivery, as ordinary international mail typically goes through multiple customs process. Delivery times vary depending on your country’s postal system, customs processing, holidays, and overall mail volume.
- If 8 weeks have passed and your mail has still not arrived, please contact us via email at jekasjournal.shop@gmail.com so we can assist you further. While delays are outside our control once the item is mailed, we’re always happy to help however we can.
