Tomato Mail (final batch) are sent every 26th of each month. Earlier batches are sent the first to second week of the month.

Please note that mail are sent through the Philippines Post Office via stamped meter ordinary mail, which is untracked--and may take around 2-8 weeks or 1 to 2 months to arrive depending on the destination.

Tomato Mail Overlap Notice

Hi everyone!

I just wanted to share a gentle heads-up about this month’s snail mail, especially for my international subscribers.

Since the mail club officially started in December, the first batch was shipped on December 26, 2025 from the Philippines via ordinary stamped mail (untracked). For international destinations, delivery can take around 2–8 weeks--depending on each country’s postal processing.

And because Tomato Mail Club starts renewal subscriptions depending on the day you signed up, there’s a chance you might see your January renewal while your December mail is still on its way. In some countries, December mail may arrive late January to early February, so it can feel like there’s an overlap--even though each charge still corresponds to a specific month’s mail.

I completely understand how this can feel confusing with international shipping timelines. Please know that nothing is skipped, every month you’re charged has its own mail prepared and sent with care.

Important notes:

  • It takes 2–8 weeks to arrive, if the max given time (8 weeks) have passed for a specific month’s mail and you still haven’t received it, please feel free to send me a message. I’ll gladly prepare and resend a new one for you.
  • If the overlap in timing or charges feels stressful, you’re also very welcome to pause your subscription for now and resume anytime when it feels more comfortable for you.
